The Campus Facilities Office, under the direction of the Dean of Students, plans and coordinates the rental of campus facilities usage for student groups, internal campus groups, and external group facilities usage. The Office also offers auxiliary services such as:
- Campus Calendar
- Residence Hall Cable/TV issues
- Coca Cola vending machines
- Coordination of campus signage
- Lions All Card Program
- Meeting Rooms & Rental Costs
- Weddings
- Places to Stay While Visiting
College Facilities are made available to the community for workshops, retreats, seminars, summer camps, and meetings as well as for entertainment and cultural performances in a wide variety of activities sponsored by off campus groups.
Booked events must be in accord with and support the mission of the College so students have the opportunity to profit from exposure to these events, which represent social, cultural and professional diversity. The use of facilities by outside groups must not infringe on student needs and on campus rights.
