Graphic design majors at the Mount have the opportunity to explore new techniques and develop their ability to communicate ideas into images in a highly artistic environment. This career-oriented program familiarizes students with the field of graphic design and its application to visual communication. The program also offers opportunities to study new technologies in the field.

Students are encouraged to explore cooperative education work assignments in their concentrations. All art majors are eligible to study and work abroad through an agreement with London's Huron University and the school's affiliation with British institutions and businesses.

The Dorothy Meyer Ziv Art Building houses spacious studios, a lecture room and Studio San Giuseppe, an art gallery which offers displays and lectures by contemporary artists, as well as faculty and student exhibits.

Tom is a graphic design major at the Mount.  See a video and read more about what Tom is doing at the Mount.
