Ambassadors
Alumni represent the Mount president on official occasions, such as the inauguration of college and university presidents. The Alumni Office provides representative alumni with a College cap and gown when required.

Awards and Recognition
The Alumni Association sponsors six annual awards recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions including the Loretta Richards Distinguished Alumni Award, the Faculty Appreciation Award, the Volunteer Leadership Award, the Alumni Career Achievement Award, the Sister Mary Lea Human Service Award, and the Alumni Book Award.  Read more about this year's winners.

Career Development
The Career and Experiential Education Center invites alumni to take advantage of its numerous services including: information on employment trends, salary scales, and positions available; career counseling/testing; full/part-time job placement assistance; workshops on resume writing, interview skills and career decision making; resume distribution service.

Chapter Events
The Alumni Office assists alumni groups throughout the country coordinate gatherings in their areas. The alumni director and College president attend chapter events whenever possible.  See a list of chapter events.

Credit Classes
For a special rate of $50, alumni can audit a credit course in the traditional program, the summer session, or through Weekend and Evening College.

Departmental Activities
Alumni frequently return to campus to participate in programs sponsored by College departments such as the Alumni Art Exhibit at Studio San Giuseppe Art Gallery on campus, musical theater productions and recitals sponsored by the Music Department, and soccer, volleyball and basketball camps coached by physical education graduates and theatrical productions presented by the Creative & Performing Arts Club in association with the Humanities Department. Alumni also return to lecture, conduct workshops, and share their knowledge with Mount students.

Facilities
Alumni are welcome to use the College recreational facilities, including the aerobics and fitness center, the weight room, and tennis courts. Contact Campus Police at 244- 4226 to get your alumni ID. Alumni may also rent Mater Dei Chapel for weddings by calling 513-244-4373.

Homecoming
All alumni are invited to Homecoming Weekend in the fall. Meet old friends and make new ones at the Alumni Tailgate Under the Tent.

Mount Annual Fund
Year after year Mount alums provide generous financial support for their alma mater. During the fall and spring phonathons, students and alumni callers contact 8,000 alums to solicit their contributions to the Annual Fund.

Reunions
Alumni gather at the College in June for their five-year reunions. A weekend of activities offers Mount graduates the chance to renew friendships and memories, with special events for the Golden and Silver anniversary classes.  Read more about Reunion 2008.

Service Programs
Alumni participate in service projects throughout the year such as Habitat for Humanity and more. Contact Sr. Mary Bookser at mary_bookser@mail.msj.edu for other opportunities.

Sister Mary Lea Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to an incoming student who meets eligibility requirements and is recommended by a Mount graduate.
